Walt Disney World Earmarked 80 Acres for Affordable Housing

Walt Disney World has earmarked 80 acres of land for a new affordable housing development in Central Florida. The development is expected to host over 1,300 units.

These units will be constructed by a third-party affordable housing developer and will be located on Disney’s land in southwest Orange County, Florida. This will offer many residents a affordable way of life. The development is in a great location near the Flamingo Crossing Town Center Retail and dining complex. The development will be available for qualifying applicants in our region, including Disney cast members.
