BREAKING: Test Track Closing!

Disney Parks has recently unveiled new concept art for the Test Track reimagining, along with the announcement that the EPCOT attraction will undergo a temporary closure this summer.

The concept art showcases a sleek and modern round façade of Test Track, with the removal of the canopy structure. The entrance is beautifully illuminated with blue and purple lighting, creating a captivating ambiance. In front of the building, there is a brand new Test Track Presented by Chevrolet sign, adding to the excitement. This new version of Test Track draws inspiration from the beloved World of Motion, which it replaced. The concept aims to capture the spirit of optimism from World of Motion and incorporate it into the next iteration of Test Track. Despite the changes, Chevrolet will continue to be the proud sponsor of the attraction.

The previous major update took place in 2012, and it seems that this reimagining is a result of Chevy renewing their sponsorship contract. Currently, guests can enjoy the experience of designing a virtual concept car in the Chevrolet Design Center before embarking on a thrilling ride in a 6-passenger "SIM Car".

However, starting from June 17, 2024, Test Track will temporarily close to prepare for the exciting updates that await eager visitors.
